Responsibilities: • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Source and network to cultivate potential clients and promote the business • Responsive to client inquiries through phone, email, and online interactions to uphold a high standard of customer service • Implement market analysis and collaborate with customers to decide the right list price, stage the property, and strategically market the home to ensure a swift sale • Proactively reach out to prospects to generate new customers • Promptly answer leads and requests to extend our customer base • Manage the sales contract process and collaborate with buyers' agents to negotiate and finalize the purchase • Answer customer calls, emails, and website inquiries • Calculate market value through comparable market analysis Qualifications: • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $75,000 - $112,000
