Responsibilities: • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
