Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Possesses a real estate license • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
