This is not a typical agent role. We are hiring a Listing Specialist to work directly within an established portfolio, stepping into an active pipeline of buyer & seller opportunities while being trained at a high level. This role is designed for someone who wants to operate at the top of the industry, provide incredible client experiences, and impact their local community. You’ll be focused on listings, client strategy, and conversion, while being supported by a full team handling backend operations. There is a clear path for growth, including the opportunity to step into a future Sales Manager role for the right person. Responsibilities: • Work directly with seller clients within an active listing pipeline • Conduct listing appointments and present pricing and marketing strategies • Advise clients on positioning, preparation, and negotiation strategy • Negotiate offers and guide sellers through key decisions • Deliver a high-level, professional client experience at every stage • Collaborate with the team, while backend support handles paperwork, compliance, and transaction coordination • Follow and execute proven listing systems and processes • Host open houses for listed properties Qualifications: • Licensed real estate agent in Ontario with a minimum of 12+ closed transactions in the past 12 months (or equivalent volume) • Proven ability (or strong desire) to work at a high level in a fast-paced environment • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills • Highly accountable, driven, and performance/results-oriented • Quick to learn and adopt new systems, technology, and processes • Coachable and open to direct feedback and high-level training • Not looking for average, must be motivated to grow and push beyond standard production levels Compensation: $150,000 - $500,000 yearly
