Responsibilities: • Meet with prospective sellers and conduct listing consultations • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners • Present pricing recommendations and market analysis • Secure signed listing agreements and convert seller opportunities into active listings • Guide clients through the entire listing and selling process • Communicate regularly with sellers regarding market activity and feedback • Collaborate with marketing and transaction teams to ensure successful listings • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients • Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM system • Meet or exceed listing and sales performance goals Qualifications: • Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to analyze market data and pricing trends • Self motivated with a results driven mindset • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 commission based OTE
