We are seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist to join our brokerage and grow our listing portfolio. In this role, you will source and secure property listings, develop compelling marketing presentations, manage listing agreements and the MLS process, and build strong relationships with sellers and referral partners. The ideal candidate combines local market expertise, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset to maximize listing exposure and close transactions efficiently. Responsibilities: • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals • Highly organized with strong time management skills Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 commission based OTE
