Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Currently licensed in real estate • One year of work experience in real estate • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Real estate license required in order to work with clients earn commissions Compensation: $165,000+ at plan
