Responsibilities: Agent Performance & Accountability • Track agent activity, appointments, contracts, and closings to ensure performance goals are met • Hold agents accountable for lead follow-up, CRM usage, and timely communication • Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and identify coaching opportunities • Encourage consistent performance with goal-focused support and feedback Sales Reporting & Metrics • Generate weekly/monthly reports on conversion rates, pipeline health, and agent performance • Analyze data and present actionable insights to the team leader • Monitor lead sources and ROI to inform marketing and sales strategy • Ensure accurate, up-to-date reporting across all platforms Technology & Systems Support • Manage the team’s CRM (Follow Up Boss), ensuring proper usage and data integrity • Train agents on MLS tools, marketing platforms, and performance dashboards • Troubleshoot tech issues related to automation, lead flow, and communication tools • Research and implement system upgrades or new features as needed Operational Efficiency & Team Support • Support new agent onboarding with training on tools, expectations, and sales systems • Improve and document processes to increase team productivity • Coordinate sales trainings, meetings, and skill-building sessions • Work closely with marketing to align sales goals with lead generation efforts Qualifications: • Experience: Background in sales support, real estate, or administrative roles is preferred • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss a plus), MLS systems, and lead tracking tools • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple agents, tasks, and deadlines with precision • Analytical: Able to interpret sales data, spot trends, and provide actionable insights • Strong Communicator: Confident in providing feedback and accountability while fostering a supportive team environment • Proactive & Self-Directed: Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and stays ahead of deadlines • Real Estate Knowledge: Familiar with the sales cycle, lead conversion, and the day-to-day operations of a real estate team Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
