Responsibilities: • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Be the helping hand in preparing budgets • Coach, lead and train a sales team • Give creative ideas for marketing purposes • Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity • Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Strong ability to lead a team • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Previous sales experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
