Responsibilities: • Recruit, onboard, train, and coach a team of real estate sales professionals • Implement and optimize systems for tracking performance, conversion, and client satisfaction • Partner closely with leadership to grow sales volume and drive brand reputation • Foster a team culture rooted in trust, growth, and results • Lead accountability conversations and performance reviews that unlock potential Qualifications: • 3+ years of real estate sales or sales leadership experience • A passion for coaching and helping others grow • Operational excellence and a systems-first mindset • Strong communication and emotional intelligence • Proven ability to lead others toward ambitious goals Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
