Responsibilities: • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • 50% Recruiting experienced Realtors • 25% Mentoring, training, coaching • 15% Retention and development of current agents • 10% Management of office staff Qualifications: • Great at time management and organization • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Verbal and written communication skills are a must • Licensed active MI Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Required • Track record of past success in recruiting or sales • Technology (CRM, database, Google suite) and social media savvy • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Proactive and positive Compensation: $72,000 - $150,000 yearly
