Compensation- Competitive compensation package, performance-based bonuses, 401(k) Responsibilities: • Coach, lead, and hold our agents accountable to their individual and team sales goals • Help agents generate more business from their own databases and spheres of influence • Support skill development through consistent 1:1s, training, roleplay, and mentorship • Monitor daily sales activity, pipelines, and conversion metrics • Create and execute a team-wide sales strategy in partnership with our leadership Qualifications: • A team-first leader with a proven track record of inspiring and developing sales talent • Someone who thrives on accountability, goal-setting, and performance improvement • Experienced in managing or leading real estate sales professionals (5+ year preferred) • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (we use the best in the industry) • Strong communicator—clear, direct, and supportive in both writing and speech
