  • Responsibilities

    Parrot Realty is looking for a Sales Manager who will play a hands-on role in prospecting and recruiting agents, supporting retention, leading weekly trainings, overseeing incoming leads and lead distribution, and monitoring active and pending transactions. This person will also help agents navigate deals from contract to close while fostering a strong company culture through team events and outings. Responsibilities: • Oversee all active and pending sales transactions to help ensure agents stay on track from contract to close • Support agents throughout the transaction process by helping troubleshoot challenges and maintain momentum on deals • Manage and maintain the company training calendar with consistent, high-value training opportunities for agents • Lead weekly trainings and help create educational content that supports agent growth and performance • Conduct one-on-one growth meetings with agents to review goals, performance, accountability, and business development strategies • Plan and organize 1–2 months of retention-focused events and office activities in advance to promote camaraderie, culture, and team engagement • Take an active role in recruiting new agents through phone calls, email outreach, text messaging, social media engagement, direct messaging, commenting, broker opens, open houses, Realtor events, and other relationship-building opportunities • Interview prospective agents and help guide them through the hiring and onboarding process • Oversee onboarding for new agents to ensure a smooth transition into the company and quick integration into systems, culture, and expectations • Promote, organize, and execute in-house recruiting events designed to attract high-quality agents to Parrot Realty • Build relationships with agents inside and outside the organization to strengthen retention, recruiting, and overall office culture • Help create a productive, positive, and growth-focused environment that encourages collaboration and long-term success Qualifications: • Must Have Real Estate Industry Experience • Must Have Experience in Operations or Sales Managemen • Must Have Recruiting Experience Compensation: $90,000 + Bonuses Based on Experience
