We're looking for a Sales Manager & Administrative Support professional who wants to be the engine behind a high-performing real estate team in our slice of heaven in the Pacific Northwest. This is a high-trust, high-impact position. You will be the operational backbone of our Anacortes office — keeping agents organized and accountable, tracking performance metrics, refining systems, and ensuring every client receives the five-star experience they deserve from first contact to close. What you'll own • Agent accountability & performance tracking — monitor activity metrics, pipeline health, and individual production to help leadership identify coaching opportunities and celebrate wins. • Systems & process improvement — identify inefficiencies, build better workflows, and implement solutions that remove obstacles so agents can focus on clients and closings. • Client experience oversight — coordinate touchpoints across the transaction process to ensure every buyer and seller feels supported, informed, and cared for at every step. • Leadership support — serve as a trusted right hand to the team leader, managing priorities, flagging issues proactively, and keeping the office running with calm, confident precision. • Team culture — help recruit, onboard, and support new agents by creating an environment where people feel equipped, valued, and motivated to perform at their best. Responsibilities: Agent & Sales Support • Serve as a primary support resource for the sales team by helping manage schedules, client follow-ups, and active pipelines • Track team production dashboards and weekly KPIs, ensuring accurate updates, accountability, and forward momentum • Assist with onboarding new agents, coordinating team trainings, and supporting internal communication • Identify inefficiencies and help improve systems and workflows so agents can stay focused on clients and transactions Office & Operations Support • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth • Manage incoming calls, office supplies, and daily office operations • Maintain organized digital and physical files for listings, transactions, and team activity • Assist with special projects, team events, and administrative needs as they arise Qualifications: • Prior experience in real estate administration, project management, sales support, or a related role is strongly preferred • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident on the phone and with client follow-up • Comfortable using MLS platforms, CRM systems, and Google Workspace • Service-oriented mindset with a natural ability to anticipate needs and solve problems • Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude • Reliable and consistent in-office availability, Monday through Friday • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with high standards for accuracy • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information Compensation: $25 hourly
