    Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is hiring a Sales Manager & Administrative Support professional to join our team full-time in our Anacortes office. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who enjoys structure, accountability, and helping a sales team perform at a high level. You will be a central support system for our agents and leadership—keeping people organized, tracking performance, improving systems, and ensuring clients receive five-star service from start to finish. This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, manage competing priorities, and take initiative when something needs attention. You should be comfortable with problem-solving, improving processes, and helping remove obstacles so the sales team can focus on serving clients and closing deals. In-office position only Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Location: Anacortes, WA Responsibilities: Agent & Sales Support • Serve as a primary support resource for the sales team by helping manage schedules, client follow-ups, and active pipelines • Track team production dashboards and weekly KPIs, ensuring accurate updates, accountability, and forward momentum • Assist with onboarding new agents, coordinating team trainings, and supporting internal communication • Identify inefficiencies and help improve systems and workflows so agents can stay focused on clients and transactions Office & Operations Support • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth • Manage incoming calls, office supplies, and daily office operations • Maintain organized digital and physical files for listings, transactions, and team activity • Assist with special projects, team events, and administrative needs as they arise Qualifications: • Prior experience in real estate administration, project management, sales support, or a related role is strongly preferred • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident on the phone and with client follow-up • Comfortable using MLS platforms, CRM systems, and Google Workspace • Service-oriented mindset with a natural ability to anticipate needs and solve problems • Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude • Reliable and consistent in-office availability, Monday through Friday • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with high standards for accuracy • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information Compensation: $25 hourly
