Responsibilities: • Partner with the Team Leader and leadership peers to set quarterly production goals and action plans. • Deliver structured coaching (1-on-1 and group) on scripts, buyer/seller presentations, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and CRM best practices. • Build and execute a recruitment pipeline: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding agents who fit our standards and values. • Monitor lead flow, assign prospects equitably, and analyze conversion data; implement adjustments to maximize close rates. • Lead weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and skills workshops. • Represent JBG culture—professional, energetic, results-driven—in all internal and external interactions. Qualifications: • Proven organizational and planning ability • Prior sales experience is extremely important • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary
