Responsibilities: • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis Qualifications: • Strong ability to lead a team • Strong organizational and planning skills • Previous sales experience • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary plus Bonus
