Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – The Salas Team is looking for a high-performing, dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our fast-growing sales team. We're overflowing with leads, opportunity, and momentum—and we need a proven leader to help us go even further. As our Real Estate Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our team’s production, growth, and culture. You’ll coach agents, optimize performance, and help develop scalable sales systems—all while staying in tune with the pulse of the market and the needs of Responsibilities: • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives • Work on sales scripts with agents • Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills • Generate timely sales reports • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Experience with relevant software applications • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience Compensation: $40,000 Salary + Bonus
