Responsibilities: • Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues • Organize and administer training for the sales team • Seek new and unique sales opportunities • Oversee market research to remain competitive Qualifications: • Have prior experience in sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards • Strong ability to lead a team • Experience with relevant software applications Compensation: $40,000 Salary + Bonus
