We are searching for a charismatic and highly influential Sales Manager to be our partner in building a cohesive, elite sales team. This role is less about policing and more about inspiration and enrollment. Your primary mission is to attract new talent, swiftly onboard them into our winning methodology, and maintain the energetic, high-integrity environment that defines our brand. You will lead the Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants by example, serving as the ultimate embodiment of our firm's values and expertise. Your focus areas include: • Recruitment: Actively scouting and interviewing licensed agents who fit our high-performance culture. • Engagement: Designing team-building and recognition programs that foster deep loyalty and drive collaboration. • Training Mastery: Personally leading group and individual training sessions that cover market knowledge, consultation skills, and ethical client pursuit. Responsibilities: • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends • Help agents create and practice their sales scripts • Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent Qualifications: • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software • Proven experience in customer relationship management • Team leadership ability Compensation: $40,000 Salary + Bonus
