Responsibilities: • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents • Set individual sales targets with sales team • Generate timely sales reports Qualifications: • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • Experience with relevant software applications • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $40,000 yearly + bonus
