Responsibilities: • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues • Create sales reports in a timely fashion • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance • Organize and administer training for the sales team • Create and implement company budgets and expense reports Qualifications: • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Experience with relevant software applications • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards • Strong ability to lead a team Compensation: $40,000 Salary + Bonus
