Responsibilities: • Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps • Work on sales scripts with agents • Manage all competitor, customer and market research • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance • Coach, lead and train a sales team • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary Qualifications: • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • Have prior experience in sales • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards • Proven experience in customer relationship management Compensation: $40,000 yearly + bonus
