Real Estate Sales Manager: Own the Buyer Side Revenue. Lead. Hire. Train. Accountable. We need a Sales Manager with a strong sense of urgency and the exceptional leadership skills required to build a unified, high-octane buyer sales team. Your core mission is clear: Drive the Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants to meet and exceed sales goals through world-class training and coaching. You will be solely responsible for the buyer side of the P&L, including hiring decisions, system implementation, and holding every team member accountable to the highest standards of production and client service. This role is for the outgoing, organized leader who loves working with people but never loses sight of the bottom line. About the Role: This isn’t your average management position. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies • Control expenses and monitor budgets • Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves their sales goals and revenues • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives • Develop and identify new business opportunities Qualifications: • Experience with relevant software applications • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards • Strong ability to lead a team • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety Compensation: $40,000 Salary + Bonus
