    Real Estate Mentor Opportunity We are looking for an experienced real estate agent who enjoys helping other agents grow through coaching, accountability, and hands-on guidance while continuing to stay connected to real estate production and earning rewarding commissions. You will work closely with newer and developing agents while helping support daily structure, follow-up habits, lead generation activity, and overall momentum within the business. The focus is on helping agents improve through conversations, repetition, field exposure, and practical guidance tied directly to active real estate situations. This opportunity includes working alongside agents involved in buyer activity, lead follow-up, and ongoing transaction exposure connected to organized systems and consistent client engagement. You will help reinforce preparation, responsiveness, communication, and accountability while encouraging agents as they continue developing their skills and production habits. Responsibilities: • Coach and mentor agents through one-on-one and group sessions • Lead training classes in person and via Zoom, focused on systems, sales skills, and mindset • Guide agents in building lead generation consistency and conversion practices • Support the implementation of CRM systems such as KW Command • Track progress, hold agents accountable, and celebrate production goals • Collaborate with leadership to grow the Productivity Coaching Program • Continue personal development through ongoing training and masterminds • Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and professionalism Qualifications: • Active California real estate license is required • Proven success as a productive agent or team leader • Prior coaching or mentorship experience preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with KW Command or similar CRM systems • Organized, dependable, and driven by results • Passion for teaching, growth, and helping others succeed Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
