Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Teach database and COI marketing • Command training • Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients • Mentor appointments • Weekly accountability with agents • Help negotiate contracts Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • Completed transactions are searchable in the MLS • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Commission opportunity • Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $112,000 - $225,000 yearly
