Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Teach database and COI marketing • Command training • Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients • Mentor appointments • Weekly accountability with agents • Help negotiate contracts • Ability to teach sales script mastery Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License required • Previous real estate sales experience preferred • Commission-based earning opportunity • Verifiable closed transactions in the MLS • Strong team-oriented mindset • Open to coaching, training, and professional development • Willing to attend ongoing KW training sessions and events • Excellent communication skills Compensation: $160,000 at plan earnings
