Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Teach database and COI marketing • Command training • Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients • Mentor appointments • Weekly accountability with agents • Help negotiate contracts • Ability to teach sales script mastery Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • Completed transactions are searchable in the MLS • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Attend ongoing KW training and events • Great with communication Compensation: $160,000 at plan
