Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Coaching appointments • Help recruit new agents to the office • Weekly accountability with agents • Weekly coaches meeting • One-on-one coaching appointments • Help negotiate contracts • Actively sells • Ability to teach sales script mastery Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • Completed transactions are searchable in the MLS • Training experience • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Desire to grow the real estate team • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
