Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and mentorship to agents in the productivity program • Lead group and one-on-one coaching sessions • Teach proven Keller Williams systems and business models • Support agents in achieving listing, buyer, and contract goals • Track progress and performance metrics for each agent • Foster a positive, accountable, and goal-driven environment • Assist in agent recruiting and onboarding into the coaching program • Continue personal production while growing as a leader and coach Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • At least 2 years of real estate experience or production history • Strong understanding of Keller Williams systems and culture • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Coachable and committed to personal and team growth • Organized with strong follow-up and accountability habits • Passion for mentoring and helping others succeed Compensation: $160,000 at plan
