The ideal candidate is a proven real estate professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching others to success. This role combines coaching, sales expertise, and industry knowledge to help new and developing agents build confident, compliant, and successful careers. Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to new and developing agents • Assist agents with lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship strategies • Guide agents through transactions, contracts, negotiations, and closings • Teach best practices in marketing, networking, and personal branding • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises • Monitor agent progress and provide constructive, ongoing feedback • Ensure agents follow local, state, and federal real estate regulations • Support agents in setting and achieving sales goals • Share market knowledge, trends, and effective sales techniques • Help agents develop time management and business planning skills • Encourage ethical practices and professional growth Qualifications: • Active Florida real estate license in good standing • 3-5 years of successful real estate sales experience • Strong knowledge of the Naples/SWFL real estate market and regulations • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others • Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and transaction management tools • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Preferred skills • Training or teaching experience • Public speaking and presentation skills • Conflict resolution abilities • Recruiting and team-building experience Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000 commission-based sales plus revenue share + bonus
