    Team with Leads. Role with Purpose. Our top-producing San Diego team is seeking an experienced, motivated agent who’s passionate about real estate, personal development, and lifting others up. This role is designed for someone who leads through action, helping others grow while continuing to scale their own production. You’ll be an integral part of our coaching track, working with agents fresh from real estate school and helping them gain real-world experience. It’s a mutually supportive model: as they assist you in the field, you help guide their growth. Team leads are actively involved, and our systems are built to keep your focus on what matters most—closing deals and cultivating talent. You’ll also play a part in shaping team culture, supporting recruiting efforts, and keeping agents engaged and on track. Responsibilities: • Guide agents through writing and understanding contracts • Share strategies for database and sphere marketing • Provide hands-on CRM training and support • Lead one-on-one coaching sessions • Support weekly check-ins to keep agents on track • Offer help with contract negotiations when needed • Stay active with your own sales and clients • Build and help the team expand while developing others Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • Completed transactions • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Attend ongoing trainings and events Compensation: $140,000 at plan
