Responsibilities: • Guide agents in mastering lead generation techniques to boost their client base and sales. • Mentor agents through the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and successful closings. • Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment where agents feel empowered to grow and succeed. • Share industry insights and strategies, helping agents navigate challenges and seize opportunities. • Develop personalized coaching plans that align with each agent's career goals and aspirations. • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in client engagement and relationship building. • Encourage continuous learning and professional development through workshops and training sessions. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally. • Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks. • Commission-based position. Compensation: $125,500 - $225,000 yearly
