Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Great communication and social skills • Technology driven • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A valid Texas Real Estate License is required • Must be local to the DFW area • Team Player • Always be Improving Compensation: $150,000 at plan
