Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • List and market homes for sellers using our proven marketing and technology • Find and negotiate offers on houses for our buyer clients Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Organized and manages time effectively • Self-motivation and drive • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
