Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions • Leverage our proven CRM systems to manage leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and client satisfaction • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers • Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and smooth transactions • Collaborate with our administrative team to streamline transaction processes and enhance client experiences • Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine sales strategies and stay updated on market trends • Utilize advanced marketing tools to promote listings and increase visibility in the Dallas-Plano-Irving market area Qualifications: • An active Texas Real Estate License is required • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable learning and following proven systems • Sales or customer service experience is a plus • Desire to grow both personally and professionally Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
