Responsibilities: • Respond to and follow up with company-provided buyer and seller leads • Build relationships and guide clients through every stage of the real estate process • Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations • Write and negotiate purchase agreements and listing contracts • Maintain consistent communication and provide exceptional service from first contact to close • Stay organized using advanced outreach and follow-up systems • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing coaching and training • Represent the Gerard Realty Group and Engel & Völkers brand with professionalism and care Qualifications: • Active Missouri real estate license (or currently enrolled in licensing coursework) • Full-time availability (40+ hours per week) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated and highly coachable • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Tech-savvy and organized — able to manage follow-ups and CRM tasks Compensation: $60,000 - $300,000
