Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Follow up with leads in a timely, thoughtful way to build trust and drive conversions • Write clear, accurate offers and guide clients smoothly through the contract-to-close process • Build long-term relationships with clients that lead to referrals and repeat business • Stay informed about the local market, neighborhoods, and community happenings • Help buyers and sellers clarify their goals and confidently navigate their real estate journey • Show up for monthly in-person meetings and team training sessions • Collaborate, contribute, and support your teammates; we’re better together • Follow all state and local regulations, including Fair Housing and ethical standards • Communicate with kindness and professionalism, whether with clients, vendors, or fellow agents • Stay curious, coachable, and committed to your own growth Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Past sales experience is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology driven • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A current valid FL Real Estate license is required Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
