Responsibilities: What You’ll Do as an Agent: • Guide clients through every step of the home-buying process, from initial consultation to closing • Research local market trends, neighborhoods, and property values to help clients make informed decisions • Show properties that match the client's needs and preferences • Prepare and present competitive offers and negotiate on behalf of your buyers • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals throughout the transaction • Stay current on market conditions, inventory, and real estate regulations • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing top-tier service and ongoing support • Collaborate with team members and leverage in-house tools, training, and support to grow your business Qualifications: We're looking for someone who: • Has a solid understanding of real estate principles and practices • Can analyze data and spot trends with confidence • Is skilled in financial modeling tools and real estate software • Stays organized and can juggle multiple projects at once • Communicates clearly and effectively with both teammates and stakeholders • Thrives independently but also works well as part of a team • If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect!
