Compensation- $177,500 at plan earnings, 100% commission based Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Help buyers and sellers achieve their goals with heart, professionalism, and integrity. • Be a visible, positive presence in the community through service and outreach. • Continuously sharpen your skills through training, mentorship, and learning opportunities. • Contribute to a positive, uplifting team culture that supports both individual success and collective impact. • Stay in touch with past clients using the provided tools to increase your referrals. • Learn the robust tech stack (including Follow Up Boss) provided to you to increase your business. • Love what you do and have a successful, well-rounded life! Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • A positive, full-time Realtor with an active NC Real Estate License • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-integrity environment. • A self-starter who’s eager to learn, grow, and give back. • A relationship builder who wants to be part of something meaningful and lasting. • Someone willing to work with our company's mission and core values.
