This is a full-time salaried position with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on closed transactions. The right agent will bring a book of business, several years of experience but is willing to trade working alone with a salaried position. The real estate agent will be focused on booking appointments, marketing listings and negotiating contracts. Expectation is 24+ closed transactions annually. This is a full-time position, 50-60 hours weekly, with availability 7 days a week (weekends and evenings as needed). Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Past sales experience is preferred • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
