Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Embody professionalism, collaboration, and client-focused service • Build rapport with clients • Work your database every day & log your activities in the CRM • Conduct 2 open houses monthly • Attend weekly client consultations • Stay active on social media and personal branding efforts • Participate in team meetings and huddles • Participate in culture-building team activities • Sign Listing Contracts and Buyer Broker Agreements • Stay educated on local markets and agent best practices • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services • Write, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, and contracts • Leverage the team’s marketing tools, media team, and social platforms to generate leads Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivation and drive • Great communication and social skills • Motivated and competitive • Commitment • Team player • Licensed real estate professional • Ideally have closed at least 8 transactions in the last 12 months • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Coachable with a growth-minded • Willingness to adapt to our methods and systems Compensation: $98,000 - $150,000 yearly
