Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Build and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and referral partners • Convert conversations into appointments, appointments into clients, and clients into closings • Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process with excellent communication and attention to detail • Conduct consultations, showings, listing appointments, open houses, and client follow-up • Use scripts, CRM systems, and team processes to stay organized and effective • Provide a high-level client experience from first contact to closing and beyond • Stay in communication with team leadership and take coaching seriously • Contribute to a positive, energetic, solutions-oriented team culture • Show up ready to learn, grow, and get better Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Open schedule 7 days a week Compensation: $125,000
