    New Braunfels Real Estate Specialist If you’re a licensed real estate agent who is ready to dive into a steady stream of high-quality leads specifically in the New Braunfels area and double your production in 2025, then we want to hear from you! With our Zillow Flex partnership, we have a massive opportunity to generate consistent lead flow in New Braunfels. We don’t currently have enough agents willing to work in the area to handle the volume, so we’ve had to pull back. That’s where you come in! We’re looking to build a small, select team of 5-10 agents who are ready to take advantage of the leads, leverage, and proven systems Neal & Neal has to offer. Not only will you get the support of a powerhouse machine, but you’ll also have the chance to grow your own brand and business in the New Braunfels market alongside us. Responsibilities: • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes a thorough CMA • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale • Work alongside the Listing Manager to get your properties on the market • Maintain consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed • Effectively oversee negotiations for sellers • Consult with clients to ensure 5-star service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close Qualifications: • Current Texas Real Estate License • Must be local to the New Braunfels area • Excellent understanding of the market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • 1+ year of prior experience with listing properties • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Team player who believes their success is the organization’s success • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
