You'll receive the best in industry training and coaching from our leadership, who train agents, brokers, and team leaders across North America. Participate in weekly coaching calls, one-on-one meetings, our annual conferences, and our in-house, online training courses in addition to shadowing long-time, highly successful agents. You'll earn $70,000+ in year one and should double that or more in year two. You'll work on 3 main business pillars: • Company provided clients • Company provided leads and opportunities that you then convert • Personally provided and personally converted opportunities / Sphere of Influence that the team supports you on You'll be full-time, fully committed, and fully resourced and supported. Ability to Commute: • Richardson, TX (Preferred) • Fort Worth, TX Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Qualifications: • Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals. • Highly organized with strong time management skills. • Self-motivation and drive. Compensation: $70,000 - $250,000 yearly
