Compensation: $100,000 OTE Year 1 | $200,000+ potential | Commission Only Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals. • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
