In this role, you will connect with buyers and sellers, nurture leads, conduct property showings, and guide clients through every stage of the transaction process with confidence and care. You will play a key role in creating exceptional client experiences by maintaining consistent communication, understanding client needs, and providing expert support from consultation to closing. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, motivated by results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to manage client interactions and CRM systems effectively are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: To Join Our Team, You Must: • Sell 3-6 homes per month • Desire to be successful and self-motivated • Have a strong work ethic • Be a team-minded individual • Self-driven, outside-the-box thinker • Have the willingness to serve others • Be committed to the self-development of skills • Be client experience-focused • Be dependable and available to take 3-5 new appointments per week • Meet with prospects in Austin and the surrounding areas • Secure representation agreements and help clients throughout the buying process • Weekend, Holidays, and evening hours required • Be committed to practicing as a real estate professional full-time • Willingness and desire to help participate in community give-back initiatives Qualifications: • We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellent client service and personal and professional growth • Must have a Texas real estate license or be in the process of getting a real estate license • Looking for a full-time commitment • Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude • Be willing to be self-accountable • Be tech-savvy (we will train) • Be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing • Have the ability to adapt to different personalities and fast changes in the market • Be a proactive problem solver and collaborate with team members • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends/market Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings
