You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities: • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful Qualifications: • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Must have a college degree • Familiar with online job posting tools • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Strong organizational skills and time management skills Compensation: $75,000 per plan
