Real Estate Outside Sales Recruiter
We are looking for a person of influence to lead and grow an established real estate brokerage. Real estate experience is essential! This person is responsible for identifying and building relationships with talented independent contractor real estate salespeople in the market to bring their business to the office for greater training, coaching, and productivity. This is not a HR position where you are filling jobs - this is going out to find active real estate agents who could truly benefit from the models and systems at Keller Williams. Responsibilities: • 50% Recruiting experienced Realtors • 25% Mentoring, training, coaching • 15% Retention and development of current agents • 10% Management of office staff Qualifications: • Licensed active MI real estate Salesperson or Broker - Required • Track record of success in recruiting commissioned salespeople • Technology (CRM, database, Google suite) & social media savvy • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Proactive and positive • Strong desire to exceed goals and develop new opportunities Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
