Compensation & Benefits • Earning potential up to $180,000+ (Base + Bonus) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Generous bonus opportunities Responsibilities: • Recruit and onboard new sales associates weekly: Interview, select, and hire talented real estate professionals. • Share the value and opportunities within our Market Center with potential recruits and current associates. • Consult and coach agents to set goals, develop careers, and increase productivity and retention. • Partner with leadership to implement strategies that meet recruiting targets, profitability, and growth initiatives. • Facilitate training and development programs for new and existing sales associates. • Lead sales meetings and recruitment events that inspire and motivate agents. • Research competition and develop marketing strategies to attract top talent. • Manage recruiting pipelines and maintain consistent communication with prospects. • Work closely with Market Center leadership and administrative staff to provide support and training. • Monitor recruiting metrics and report on progress regularly. Qualifications: • Exceptional people skills and a passion for helping others succeed. • Proven success in recruiting or real estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities. • Knowledge of residential real estate and MLS systems preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. • Experience with career development and training is a plus.
